Don your fez and bowtie, and get your sonic screwdriver ready to go. We’re taking a look at a collection of great Doctor Who games!

Doctor Who 2nd Edition Adventures in Space

The second edition of the Doctor Who RPG streamlines the rules from the previous edition, making it easier to get into and start playing quick. Back when it was released, we took a closer look at what the system has to offer. This core book has everything players and GMs will need to get into their own wild adventures against Daleks, Cybermen, and more.

Adventures in Space provides a whole host of planets to explore for your Doctor Who: The Roleplaying Game adventures, including rules for creating your own new alien worlds, along with their inhabitants. Twenty planets from the series are covered, as well as new, exciting environments for the Gamemaster to set their epic adventures. Each entry provides plenty of adventure ideas, as well as a glimpse into each planet’s history.

Magic The Gathering Doctor Who Commander Deck Bundle

Magic: The Gathering has certainly expanded their own universe quite a lot in the last few years. One such universe they dipped into was Doctor Who. These 4 commander decks and ready to play right out of the box, and come with a few added goodies as well. Of course, we took a closer look as these as well, back when they first released, so check that link for more details on each.

Travel through time and space alongside your favorite Doctor Who characters with Magic: The Gathering decks that celebrate the most memorable characters, places, and moments from the beloved BBC series. With these ready-to-play decks, you can jump straight into a multiplayer game that showcases your creativity and strategic thinking. This bundle includes all 4 Doctor Who Commander Decks—1 Masters of Evil (Blue-Black-Red deck), Blast from the Past (Green-White-Blue deck), Timey-Wimey (Blue-Red-White deck), and Paradox Power (Green-Blue-Red deck).

Doctor Who: Time of the Daleks

If you’re starting to notice a trend of Doctor Who games that we’ve already looked at before, that’s because we love Doctor Who over here at BoLS. This updated version of Time of the Daleks now includes every doctor from First through Thirteeth. Players work together, each as a different doctor, in order to qwell the threats posed by the villains. Through dice rolls, cards, and careful planning, the doctors can save time and space from the hands of Davros!

‘Exterminate!’ They muttered about their sacred hatred, the On-Coming Storm. Their creator had a plan, a plan to make the Daleks great again. A plan to turn all their defeats into victories. A plan to remove the one variable that has always interfered with the master plan. The Doctor must be erased from time itself!. Includes the First, Fourth, Eleventh and Thiteenth Doctors.

Even though I haven’t written about this game (yet), I do own it and it’s great. Don’t Blink is another Doctor Who board game where one player gets to be the Weeping Angels and everyone else are Doctors. It’s a tactical game where every move matters. Careful positioning from both sides is important, because as we know, when dealing with Weeping Angels, blink and you’re dead.

Will the Doctor and companions be able to get all the pieces to repair the Tardis in time? Or will the Weeping Angels succeed where so many adversaries have failed before? Don’t Blink is a challenging tactical boardgame where up to four players control the Doctor and companions, attempting to collect four parts to repair the TARDIS and escape. One player takes on the role of the terrifying Weeping Angels and attempts to outmaneuver and capture them!

Doctor Who: Nemesis

Enough of this “saving time and space” mumbo-jumbo. Sometimes it’s nice to revel in villainy. In Doctor Who: Nemesis, you play as one of the villains of the Doctor Who universe. It’s about being the first to enact your plans and make your schemes come to fruition. But, of course, the Doctors will be getting in the way. But with a little bit of cleverness and scheming against your rivals, you’ll find a way to reach your goals.

It’s not easy to rule space and time contending with rival Daleks and Cybermen, interfering Time Lords, and predatory Weeping Angels. There are worlds to move, realities to destroy, time wars to win, a cyberium to find and the endless schemes of the Doctor and the Master to unravel.

In Doctor Who: Nemesis, you play one of the Doctor’s many adversaries seeking to twist space and time to your own ends. You must send your minions out to thwart both the Doctor’s and your opponents’ schemes, while bringing your own schemes to fruition.

BoLS might make a few bucks on anything you buy from these links. But, be honest, you don’t enjoy randomly browsing online stores. So let us do the annoying part for you. Help us help you.
